Terms of service

Last updated: 15 October 2026 · England and Wales law

These terms are between you (the client) and UBL Holdings Ltd (company no. 11940647), trading as NameOnAI (“we”, “us”). Registered office: Henge Barn, Pury Hill Business Park, Alderton Road, Towcester, NN12 7LS. Contact: [email protected].

1. Services

We provide done-for-you AI-visibility (AEO) services for B2B software companies:

Deliverables, prompt counts and timelines are as described at purchase or in a written statement of work. AI answers and search results change; we do not guarantee rankings, AI mentions, citations, traffic or revenue.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are accepted when we confirm in writing and issue an invoice. Prices are in GBP. UBL Holdings Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 7 days. Work starts after cleared payment. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.

3. Client responsibilities

4. Refunds

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered PDF and recommendations for your internal business purposes. Our templates, scoring methods, prompts libraries and website remain our IP. You must not resell our reports as a competing product.

6. Confidentiality and publicity

We keep non-public client materials confidential. We may list your company name/logo as a client only with your prior written consent. Public demo audits of third-party brands use only public information and are labelled as demos, not endorsements.

7. AI-assisted delivery

We use AI tools under human direction. Outputs can contain errors; you should review before relying on them for legal, financial or technical decisions.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that:

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from materials you supply or from your public use of our deliverables in a misleading way.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer for material breach not remedied within 14 days of notice. We may suspend work for non-payment.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms for new purchases; existing paid engagements continue under the terms in force at purchase unless we both agree otherwise.
